Emil Dinga

Emil Dinga  is a 1st degree senior researcher at the „Victor Slăvescu” Financial and Monetary Research Center. He is an economist, doctor of economics, a doctoral supervisor with expertise in macroeconomics, economic epistemology and economic modeling. He published 11 original books (one in English, in Germany), three translations (from English and French), 86 specialized articles. He participated in the development of 56 scientific research projects, out of which for 26 he was project director. He is a project manager and trainer for trainers certified. He leads the Seminar of Logic and Methodology of Economic Knowledge “Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen”, within the Romanian Academy, for doctoral students and young researchers. He is a member of the presidential commission for the country project. He has experience in public administration (general manager in the Ministry of Public Finance – 1998-2000, Minister of European Integration – 2004-2005) and education (university professor of theoretical economics and European economy). Romulus Gruia

Coordinator of the Work section/”Translivania” University Brașov of CSCBA/INCE of the Romanian Academy, Associated scientist of CE-MONT/INCE, Correspondent Member of the Academy of Scientists from Romania, Vice-president of the Montanology Commission of the „Gheorghe Ionescu-Șișești” Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences. He is a Professor, PhD, PhD supervisor and founder dean of the Food and Tourism Faculty from ”Transilvania” University of Brașov. He is Director of the Journal of EcoAgriTourism publication and President of the BIOATLAS International Conference. He has achieved 17 research projects, out of which 3 international ones, he has 14 patents applied or going to be homologated, he has published 22 books as monographs or university manuals and 35 brochures, study guidance or support, as well as 266 scientific papers, out of which 25 in publications ISI quoted, with over 600 quotations. Adrian Ionașcu

He has worked in 30 grants and research contracts over the past 25 years as a member of the research team, expert or project manager and has participated in 37 environmental assessment studies. In 2004-2005 he made the first telemetry study in Romania on small fish species, based on a scholarship for young researchers UNESCO-MAB. He was a sturgeon and Ichthyologist expert in the project “Monitoring the Environmental Impact of Works on Improvement of Navigation Conditions on the Danube between Calarasi and Braila, km 375 and km 175” (ROMOMED) through which they were captured, marked and tracked by telemetry over 300 wild sturgeons in 2011-2017.

Gabriela-Mariana Ionescu

Gabriela-Mariana Ionescu is an economist, Ph.D. in Management of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and has attended postdoctoral courses within the project “Academic Excellence Routes in Doctoral and Postdoctoral Research” – READ, run by the Romanian Academy, currently PhD student of the School of Advanced Studies of the Romanian Academy (SCOSAAR) – Department of Economic, Social and Legal Sciences. He is author of over 30 scientific papers published both in the country and abroad and of some chapters in specialized books in the field of economics, published by the Romanian Academy Publishing House. She is a certified project manager and trainer. As active member (presenting scientific reports) and secretary of the Seminar of Logic and Methodology of Economic Knowledge “Nicholas Georgescu-Roegen”, led by Prof. Ph.D. Emil Dinga, she organizes the Seminar sessions, which take place within the „Victor Slăvescu” Center for Financial and Monetary Research of the Romanian Academy, as well as coordinates the organization and functioning of branches opened in Sibiu, Constanţa, Chişinău – Republic of Moldova and Târgu Mureș. She is very active in participating with scientific papers in internal and external conferences, and member in research teams for scientific research projects within Romanian Academy.

Otilia Manta

Otilia Manta is a scientific researcher at the “Victor Slăvescu” Center for Financial and Monetary Research, within INCE, of the Romanian Academy. As an economist and lawyer, she is a PhD in economics and a university lecturer in international financial relations, financial microeconomics, and project management.

She published 2 books as author and 4 books as co-author, including 4 in English in Germany and the US, as well as 65 specialized articles. She is a Project Manager and Trainer Certified. She is a member of several scientific boards at international publications and conferences in Europe, USA, China and India, Africa. He has over 20 years of professional experience in coordinating investment and consulting projects funded by EU programs.

Ştefan Mantea

Ştefan Mantea is Doctor of veterinary medicine, CS I. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of breeding biotechnology research (artificial insemination, management of sexual cycle, embryo transfer, in vitro fertilization).

66 published papers on improving the technology and organization of I.A.in pigs, diluents and conservation methods, breeding function management, improvement of embryo transfer biotechnology, swine embryo quality and preservation, in vitro fertilization;
9 treatises and books (7 in collaboration, 3 single author); 23 scientific communications at national and international scientific events.
– 12 technologies and technological sequences accepted for exploitation by the Ministry of Agriculture;organizing the I.A. in sows in industrial complexes (1976-1980); programs to relaunch the production of pork for the Ministry of Agriculture.

Camelia Petrescu

Camelia Petrescu, PhD, engineer, physicist, senior scientist with over 35 years of research in scientific research, specialist in electronic microscopy, unconventional energy and measurement and control techniques. She has coordinated and implemented over 160 research projects funded by the National Plan for Research, Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation and has communicated and published over 260 scientific papers at national and international level.

She is the author and co-author of 4 scientific books and 3 patents. Among the implemented projects we mention: Computer system for on-line processing of visa applications – nominated at the G. Moisil Prize of the Romanian Academy; Biotechnologies for the remediation of soils polluted with petroleum products; Sustainable regional development of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve; Decontamination of polluting soils through the biodiversity process; Study on the revival of industrial flax and hemp sectors in Romania; Advanced research on obtaining bioprotective compounds with invigorating features in crisis situations from indigenous resources; Promoting the participation of Romanian research in Framework Program 7 and developing Scientific / Technical partnerships in the field of environmental technologies for nutrition and health.
